For patients who need additional primary care services, support, secondary opinion. Includes an initial patient intake visit followed by 3 follow-up appointments (initial patient encounter is $1000 and supplemental visits $250 a visit) within a 50 mile radius. Additional cost for each additional 10 mile radius. Insurance may cover part of this cost.
Uninsured patients and elderly or disabled patients, the initial cost is $500 and supplemental visits are $150 a visit. This is within a 60-mile radius. $5 cost for an additional 5 miles from radius.
The 2nd opinion and or additional support for patients who need more education, support, autonomy they often feel they are lacking from their current primary care services.
