These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the patient or user and Aromance Life Institute of Holistic and Comprehensive Health & Nursing INC, a California-based medical practice providing in-office and telehealth services. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, services, subscriptions, and physical office located in California.

By visiting our website, purchasing services or products, scheduling appointments, or receiving treatment at our office, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

1. Scope of Services

Aromance Life Institute provides both digital and in-person medical and wellness services including but not limited to
IV infusion therapy
Concierge IV visits
Medical weight loss treatments including GLPs and peptides
Hormone replacement therapy and Biote pellet services
Psychiatry and primary care
Supplement sales
Botox and aesthetic injections
Lab testing and health optimization

All services are provided by licensed medical professionals in accordance with California law and applicable federal healthcare regulations

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services, subscribe to any memberships, or receive medical treatment. Exceptions are made for minors only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and with prior written consent

3. In-Office and Medical Office Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to any individual for reasons including but not limited to
Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff
Failure to follow medical or safety protocols
Fraudulent claims or misuse of services
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations

Our clinical team maintains the right to determine appropriate treatment protocols based on professional medical judgment

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Subscription Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee of 75 dollars
Monthly subscriptions for IV therapy, Botox bank, or other wellness programs will continue billing until the patient cancels with notice
No refunds will be issued for partially used subscriptions or missed sessions
Payments for aesthetic treatments or injections are non-refundable after administration
Supply fees and add-ons will be charged at the time of service or checkout

5. Limitation of Liability

Aromance Life Institute is not responsible for any adverse reaction, complication, or outcome related to treatment as long as it was provided according to accepted medical practices

You understand and agree that
Medical outcomes vary from person to person
IV therapies, injectables, and peptides may involve known and unknown risks
It is your responsibility to disclose accurate and complete medical history
You assume full responsibility and risk by electing to undergo treatment

We are not liable for damages or claims resulting from
Missed appointments
Incorrect patient-provided information
Payment processor issues
Insurance claim delays
Website interruptions or data breaches

6. Website Use Terms
